A few months ago my talented friend who also happens to own a travel agency asked me to come with her on a business trip. Could I really say “no” to four days spent under the Mexican sun in a luxury resort with occasional tours of the local attractions? Of course I could not! Leaving cold St. Louis behind, I boarded my plane and in a few hours landed in Cancun.
Although we were a bit taken aback by the romance that awaited us in the suite, our hotel, Excellence Riviera Cancun, took great care of us
View from our balcony was … so relaxing!
Outside so many shades of blue…
The beach is perfect for long walks at sunset…
…romantic dinners by the ocean…
…and paradise weddings for two happy souls
Sand is a great subject for photographs, don’t you think?
Time stands still…
…body and mind are relaxed…
But if you need some extra help getting to that state, the hotel’s spa is just minutes away. Hydrotherapy massage is highly recommended!
Well rested, relaxed and invigorated, we are ready to explore real Mexico!
Warm sun, cozy beaches, azure waters and friendly people… What else will we find here?
Next stop: Playa del Carmen!

Every frame is perfect!!! A glimpse of heaven!!! Thanks for sharing Nonoy Manga Manga
Thank you Nonoy! I have a few friends from Philippines and they tell me it is equally beautiful! It is on my list of places to visit soon…
ya its true, but i’m also one of the local tourist in my own country LOL.
We have been to Cancun on our way to Cuba. We thought it was beautiful, but we have some of the best beaches in the world here in Australia, so I doubt that I would return. I would certainly never go back to Havana, it was horrible.
Hi Debra,
thank you for stopping by! Sorry to hear that you did not enjoy Havana, do you mind sharing why?
Yulia
